What should I do if the items were damaged upon receipt?
You need to inform us immediately upon receipt of shipment. Once you noted the product was damaged during shipment, we may require the item to be sent back to us or have the picture of the damaged item to be reviewed before we send out a new replacement or issue a refund. How do I contact you?
